A fitness coach passionate about helping women build strength, confidence, and self-discipline through training that actually makes sense.
For me, fitness has never been about punishment or chasing perfection. It’s about honoring the body I was given, showing up with intention, and becoming stronger both physically, and mentally.
I combine evidence-based training with mindset and lifestyle coaching, helping women sculpt powerful, feminine physiques while learning to live with discipline and self-respect.

I’ve completed university-level studies (30+ ECTS) in:
anatomy, physiology & biomechanics
strength training & hypertrophy programming
nutrition for body composition and health
mental health, crisis work & habit formation
health promotion and long-term wellbeing
I’m currently completing an additional 10 ECTS in sustainable lifestyle change and endurance training to ensure my coaching stays aligned with the latest evidence, and that my clients receive the highest standard of guidance possible.
